More about Sarah

I am a certified health and wellness coach and personal trainer as well as a wife and mother of 2 teens (may favorite roles). I have spent my professional career as a licensed landscape architect and I have enjoyed my work as a designer tremendously. But as I have gotten older, I have been made aware of the many struggles women my age deal with, with very little in the way of real answers or support. From poor sleep to brain fog and inability to find my words, I was blown away by how much perimenopause was affecting my life, both personally and professionally.

I knew I wanted to understand more about all the things so I decided to become a certified health and wellness coach so I could learn what was really going on and equip others with the knowledge and resources to regain control of this part of their lives. Also, since strength and movement is such an important factor in this area, I became an NASM certified personal trainer and a GGS Women’s Coaching Specialist.

I have been where you are. I know what it’s like to be frustrated. I have navigated the ups and downs of perimenopause as well as the challenges of maintaining a balanced life. I understand the unique struggles that come in this phase of life. My own experiences have shaped my approach making me not only a coach but more importantly a companion on this journey.
