75-minute master session focused on your health concerns and gaining deeper clarity and insight into what you need along with actionable recommendations that will help kick-start your goals. (You will be given an intake form to go over health history). Should we choose to continue our work together, this fee is applied toward your 1:1 program.
Health and Wellness Program

3 month group coaching program - with personalized guidance and accountability in multiple areas of your health.
Evaluate your needs and goals based on our master-session call or from your referring practitioner. Create a customized plan to meet those goals and connect with your coach and others with similar goals at our online group opportunities. Also includes 3, 30 minute one-on-one sessions with your coach for accountability, plan adherence and encouragement.
Transformational Individual Program

4 month one-on-one coaching program - with personalized guidance and accountability in multiple areas of your health.
If needed, connect you with selected practitioners based on desired outcome. Testing based on evaluated needs.
Includes initial 75 minute intake session, a customized plan to meet you where you are including personalized movement program and 6 biweekly, 30-45 minute one-on-one online coaching sessions for accountability, plan adherence and encouragement.
